General Terms and Conditions:
Rooms are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure
Booking Conditions:
To confirm your booking, you will be asked to provide a credit card number (Visa, Mastercard) as a guarantee. No charge will be taken from your card. You will pay for your stay on the day of departure
Special conditions:
For any booking of 2 rooms or more, a 30% deposit will be required
Cancellation policy:
– Stays of 3 nights or more, and groups of 3 rooms or more: 12 days before arrival = full cost of the stay
– Stays of fewer than 2 nights and individual bookings: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival
– ‘3 nights or more’ promotion:
First night charged at the time of booking, non-refundable; 15 days before arrival = full cost of the stay
